About us

Optical Metrology Laboratory

OML(Optical Metrology Lab.) has developed the world's fastest Dynamic Spectroscopic (Imaging) Ellipsometry and we are trying to commercialize this innovative technology. In addition, OML develops new interdisciplinary “light-play” educational content that allows students to learn engineering in an easy, fun, and engaging way, and actively disseminates this content into educational settings.
